Bus Incidents with non-POVs
Is the study limited to solutions that only address POV collisions? While the statistics cite POV severity of accidents, would non-POV extensions to the solutions be of benefit to the study and proposed solutions?

The primary intent of this study is to reduce the fatalities and injuries that occur as a result of bus collisions with POVs. If the research finds/proposes mitigation(s) to the hazard(s) that cause bus/POV collisions would also reduce the fatalities and/or injuries resulting from other types of bus collisions, it would be a positive and worth mentioning in a proposed plan.
