Does the solution need to solve all seizing problems?
Since you want "safer, more efficient solution for unseizing traction motors on locomotives and includes a stand-alone proof
of concept design" does the proposed solution need to be able to address all of the reasons that a traction motor may have seized in the first place? Or does it just need to ease the repair process onsite?
For this topic, the proposed solution does not need to address what may have caused the traction motor to seize. The focus is more on the safe repair process.
