ARG-US shortcomings/deficiencies when applied to the 23-PH2 problem space?
The ARG-US RFID system is referenced in the topic. The ARG-US system is claimed separately to by readily adaptable to other HAZMAT types/containers. The topic desires innovative new capabilities applicable to different HAZMAT materials/containers. Are there any specific shortcomings/deficiencies of ARG-US that are of concern that should be addressed in a proposal?

ARG-US RFID looks at temperature, loss of seal, or shock on a radioactive drum. Our proposal seeks to create an RFID tag for hazardous communication, such as labels and markings for the shipper, carrier, or emergency responders to determine what type of hazmat is within the packaging, as well as integrate a leak, puncture, and packing orientation sensor to the RFID tag for any hazmat packaging beyond a drum. The ARG-US RFID only monitors and tracks the packaging but does not provide hazardous communication within the RDIF.
