The solution could involve development of a low level, real-time algorithm, embedded into a camera system, but need not specifically. The notional functional requirement, if you will, is that the system(s) have capabilities of sensing: (1) the environment (traffic, objects) surrounding the vehicle, and (2) driver drowsiness, inattention, and incapacitation. This can be demonstrated with either real-time data (e.g., from a sensor) or pre-recorded data (i.e., not real-time).
