Proposal submission
Are we required to submit letter of intent or pre-proposal? If so, could you please advise how we can submit this?

During this pre-solicitation period, the agency is only receiving technical questions concerning proposed research topics. No submissions are accepted at this time . Please note that the phase I solicitation is tentatively scheduled to open on February 8, 2024.
