1. The sensing range ought to be comparable to current sensors found on L3+ vehicles.
2. The government is open to considering such a proposal but that fact in and of itself provides nothing novel. It is expected that the rest of the proposal would communicate the novelty behind the approach.
3. This spectrum is typically reserved for public safety agencies and authorized government entities to support emergency and public safety communications. Since the goal is to create something that would be deployable on all vehicles (public and private), the government does not recommend this approach, but would need to know additional details about the proposal before making a final judgement.
