    For purposes of Phase I, DOT does not have a list to disseminate of Metro transit agencies or Regional Planning organizations who would be willing to work with Small businesses. Eligible small businesses are welcome to partner with public agencies in Phase I, however, it is not required for Phase I outcomes to be met.
