The FTA will use its existing Certifications and Assurances process, through its Transit Award Management Award System (TrAMS), for agencies to annually certify that their ASP meets all the requirements of 49 CFR Part 673. FTA will be releasing guidance on the Agency Safety Plan certification procedures soon.
