In the future, transit agencies will certify that they (and any subrecipients) have complied with the PTASP regulation when they complete the FY Certifications and Assurances in the Transit Award Management System (TrAMS) at the same time they make all of their other FY Certifications and Assurances each year.
Regarding the annual review timeline, FTA is deferring to transit agencies to determine the timelines and milestones for the annual ASP reviews and update process. The PTASP regulation requires a review to take place annually – anytime within the year after the ASP was approved and each year thereafter.
