    I am the CSO / SMS Executive in charge of our ASP and our state, Texas, and city, Laredo, have both declared a state of emergency. Meetings have been postponed or canceled and it is difficult to meet with senior management due to all the emergency action plans that have been activated. We were also wondering if FTA will postpone PTASP certification?
