- Is the benchmark latency of C-V2X based on 4G LTE or 5G NR?

1. This is a nice to have, but not a requirement. However, the sensor must be demonstrated on some vehicle and/or infrastructure combination (preferably both).
2. The sensing range ought to be comparable to current sensors found on L3+ vehicles.
3. The Contractor may propose either. However, all other things being equal, priority will be given to the proposal that uses 5G NR as the latency benchmark.
