My agency is a small provider and I want to know we are responsible for creating a PTASP or if our State DOT is responsible for doing it.

States must draft and certify Agency Safety Plans on behalf of small public transportation providers in their state, unless a small provider opts to draft and certify their own safety plan and notifies the State that they will do so.
