Cybersecurity standards

What cybersecurity standards must the proposed system meet for Phase I (e.g., NIST SP 800-53, FIPS 140-3, FedRAMP, IEEE 1609)? Is *********** testing expected within the Phase I budget?

    The designed system should consider relevant cybersecurity standards whenever they apply. Existing communication products satisfying relevant cybersecurity standards are preferred. However, cybersecurity tests are not expected in Phase I budget.
