For Topic 26-FT1, should the Complete Trip scope include pedestrian network segments before, between, and after transit use, including sidewalks, crossings, curb ramps, station access, stop access, and transfer paths?

    We consider the "Complete Trip" to explicitly involve the pedestrian pathway, as noted in the solicitation. We expect proposals to identify the extent to which, and how, they can create a system to address barriers at each step in the Complete Trip.
