are there test sites already designated for particular examples of concrete shrinkage issues?
it would help to have some particular examples or case studies of concrete shrinkage situations that demonstrate the issues that DoT is concerned with addressing, so that the measurement device is well-adapted to the application

The device should measure total shrinkage and expansion of cementitious materials starting immediately upon initial stress development that can be used in the laboratory or field settings. There are no test sites. Concrete and/or mortar can be created for device testing purposes.
