Carbon management is not a requirement for this solicitation, though it may be novel consideration when developing a system comprising various technologies. Implementation of hazard mitigation technologies will be for future stages of this SBIR. It is contemplated that a successful SBIR Phase I, II, or IIB, demonstrates a technology or system that can be adopted and applied in industry.
