What is the target size range for the dimensions of the dividers? Is there any variation?
Specifically, we're interested in the heights and lengths of raised lane dividers.

The above ground portion of the Dutch Turbo Roundabout Lane dividers, i.e. Fig. 15 and Fig. 16 in document https://safety.fhwa.dot.gov/intersection/roundabouts/fhwasa19027.pdf may be used as reference. The intent of the lane divider is to discourage small vehicles to do lane crossing (make it uncomfortable but not unsafe) while not causing damage to large vehicles if they have to so do. The cross-sectional shape and the height, width, and length of the lane divider, and the tie down design are interrelated. The Government is looking for the offeror to come up with a design that provide both functionality and durability.
