Minimum vehicle speed during inspections?
Is there a minimum vehicle speed that the proposed solution should maintain during inspections?

While actively performing their mission highway maintenance vehicles are exempt from minimum highway speed limits. An optimum solution would be to move at or near standard minimum speeds (commonly 40 miles per hour). However, if sensor research indicates that the sensor platform must pause to pull a grate to obtain a measurement, that pause would be necessary.
